There are still pumps in industrial plants and laboratories which were manufactured many years ago. It happens quite often that in the event of failure it is better to recondition these pumps as this process is more cost effective than purchasing new equipment. Only some of the components wear out and they can be replaced with new ones. ITR provides reconditioning services for ion-sorption pumps and zeolite sorption pumps. We successfully recondition many types of pumps, such as for example, PS3 sorption pumps by Zakład Aparatury Próżniowej w Bolesławcu Śląskim (ZAP), PZK100 and PZK500 ion-sorption pumps by OBREP or ZAP, as well as Russian pumps NORD-100 and NMD 0.4. Before reconditioning, we assess the condition of the pump free of charge and prepare a reconditioning price estimate.
